The NRA Personal Protection in the Home Student Course teaches law-abiding citizens the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to safeguard and protect their homes from intruders. This class is open to anyone who wants to attend and is also a prerequisite course for the Personal Protection in the Home Instructor Course. This class is part of the week-long instructor classes to certify instructors to apply for a Concealed Carry instructor. Prerequisites: NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Student Class.
